Pamper Garner Crangle

Pamper has 35+ years of broad organizational experience that spans a number of areas, including human resources, leadership development, process improvement, quality, customer service, teambuilding, and employee engagement. She is certified to administer Myers Briggs and DISC assessment instruments, and she loves helping people and organizations improve and grow.

Pamper is active in the Chattanooga, TN community where she lives, having been selected as National Volunteer of the Year by CHADD (Children & Adults with Attention Deficit-Hyperactivity Disorder) and a Chattanooga Woman of Distinction by the American Lung Association. She also was selected to serve on the first Board of Assessors for the Tennessee Quality Award.

Pamper helps with the music ministry at her church, and her hobbies include playing piano, travel, reading, and swimming. She holds a B.S. degree in Management, cum laude, from the University of Tennessee. She can be reached at pamper@pampergarner.com or 423-718-7401.

Tyler Garner Howell

Tyler Garner Howell

A native Chattanoogan, Tyler is excited to be joining the PG&A team!  He is a graduate of The McCallie School and Belmont University, where he graduated with a B.S. in Organizational Communications.

While at Belmont, he served in numerous leadership roles, including two honor societies and on the Track and Field team, for which he earned distinction as an All-American. More recently, he has lived in Chicago, IL, working on his Masters of Divinity at Trinity International University.  At Trinity, he was honored to be selected as a Kern Scholar, and he also served as a Research Assistant to the President. 

Tyler specializes in generational communication, helping companies adjust to the influx of younger employees entering the workforce.  He is also skilled in leadership, group facilitation and team building, administering assessments, organizational culture, and conflict management.  He and his wife, Lindsey, recently welcomed their first son, Oliver.

Tommy F Crangle, PE

Tommy F Crangle, PE

Tommy is a Professional Engineer in Tennessee and has served in many senior leadership positions in his career, primarily in the utility industry.  He has worked extensively with US agencies, including FEMA, Department of State, and Department of Defense.  After the Iraq war, he served with the Department of Defense, Coalition Provisional Authority, as the Senior Advisor to the Iraqi Ministry of Electricity.  In this capacity, he was the primary CPA contact with the Iraqi leaders and the lead electrical expert directing the CPA Electricity Office during restoration of the electric power grid.  For that work, he was awarded the Joint Civilian Service Commendation Award by Iraqi Administrator Paul Bremer, the highest award for a civilian as authorized by the Pentagon Joint Chiefs. 

Tommy is now partially retired, but very active in investing, real estate development, and politics.  He also loves to travel to Alaska and hunt for moose.  Occasionally, he can be convinced to come out of retirement to work in areas of his expertise, especially zero-injury safety programs and leadership development.  He can be reached at tcrangle@aol.com or 423-718-7400.
